The Mid-Region Council of Governments (MRCOG) invites non-profits, individuals and firms (Offerors) to submit proposals for a Contract for the work indicated in the title page of this RFP in accordance with the specifications contained in this Request for Proposal (RFP). This RFP contains specific requests for information. 

The purpose of this procurement is to select multiple non-profits, individuals and or firms that will assist the MRCOG, its member agencies and cooperating entities in providing the necessary expertise and resources to support the outlined programs and services.
