If You Found an Item

Please turn in the item you found to a ticket agent, conductor or bus driver.

Please Note

  • Perishable items and those of safety concern will not be stored.
  • Drivers / ticket agents will not be contacted by radio or cell phone to check for items lost on the bus or train.
  • If an item is found, the driver / ticket agent will turn it into lost and found at the end of their shift.
  • We will contact you only if a match is found for your reported item. It may take several days for us to match your item, retrieve it, and contact you.
  • If we don't contact you within two weeks this means that your item was not recovered.
