The Rio Metro Regional Transit District (RMRTD) invites individuals and firms (Offerors) to submit proposals for a contract for the work indicated on the title page of this solicitation in accordance with the specifications contained in this Request for Proposal (RFP). This RFP contains specific requests for information.

The purpose of this procurement is to select one or more individual(s)/firm(s) to assist the Rio Metro Regional Transit District Board of Directors in completing a study of the opportunities for consolidating the RMRTD and the City of Albuquerque’s Transit Department (ABQ Ride).
