The Mid-Region Council of Governments (MRCOG) invites qualified individuals and firms to submit proposals for The Mid-Region Economic Recovery and Resiliency Plan that will explore events and disasters that cause disruption in the economy in the Mid-Region. Since these projects may be supported by federal funding, this solicitation and resulting contracts will be subject to any related federal laws, regulations and guidelines.
