The Rio Metro Regional Transit District is seeking a contractor to remove trees, brush, undergrowth, trash, etc. from five retention ponds (shown in the attached maps) at the Los Ranchos Rail Runner Station (101 El Pueblo Rd. NE). See Appendix 1 for detailed Scope of Work.

• Remove all trees with a trunk diameter of less than 6 inches
• Remove all Russian olive trees regardless of size
• Properly dispose of green waste, trash and other removed material.

The Services described shall be performed between dates of January 6th completed by January 17th, unless the time for completion is extended with agreement between both parties.
