The Mid-Region Council of Governments (MRCOG) invites individuals and firms to submit proposals for a Contract for the work indicated in the title page of this solicitation in accordance with specifications contained in this Request for Proposals (RFP).

The purpose of this solicitation is to select multiple individual(s)/firm(s) that will assist the MRCOG, its employees, Board of Directors, and governing board, the Rio Metro Regional Transit District (“RMRTD”) and its employees, Board of Directors and governing board, the Workforce Connection of Central New Mexico (WCCNM) and its employees, Board of Directors and governing board in providing the necessary expertise and resources to provide legal services to support the Board of Directors of the MRCOG, RMRTD and WCCNM. MRCOG desires to secure legal expertise on an “on call” basis for assistance with specific tasks delineated in the Scope of Work. Successful Offeror(s) will be asked to research specific aspects for the MRCOG and to issue findings on an as needed basis. Licensure by the State Bar of New Mexico shall be a requirement of this solicitation.
