The Rio Metro Regional Transit District (RMRTD) is requesting proposals to construct the Valencia County Transit Facility in the Village of Los Lunas, which comprises an approximately 8,500 SF, single-story administration building; site improvements including grading and drainage, utilities, paving, concrete, signage and striping, lighting, fencing and gates, security cameras and access controls, and landscaping and irrigation; and the construction of a right-turn lane on NM 47. The RMRTD intends to award this project to the highest ranked Offeror whose proposal is deemed to be in the best interest of the RMRTD, in accordance with the Request for Proposals.
