Effective August 1, 2022, the age at which seniors can purchase a reduced fare train pass will be reduced from 62 to 60. 

Combined with the expanded train schedule and the extension of the 75% off fare promotion, this will provide added affordability and options for passengers. 

The reduced fare eligibility for seniors 60 and over applies only to the New Mexico Rail Runner Express and not to Rio Metro buses.
