ACCESS Program Agency Application

Rio Metro ACCESS provides free bus and train passes to social service agencies serving low income New Mexicans.

Agencies that meet the criteria described in the program policy are invited to apply for the ACCESS Program.

Application Process

  1. The Agency receives the Rio Metro ACCESS Program Information Packet with Policies and Agreement for their review.
  2. The Agency fills out the Agreement and turns it in along with an IRS Recognition letter or other official documentation of tax-exempt status to be considered for the Rio Metro ACCESS Program.
  3. Once approved, the Rio Metro ACCESS Program Coordinator will explain the Request-Delivery-Reporting Process so that the Agency may start requesting the train and bus passes. The requested passes will be delivered along with the PASS CONTROL SHEET.
  4. The PASS CONTROL SHEET will be utilized as a form of “currency” between the Agency and client for issuing FREE train and bus passes to their qualifying clients.
