Project Description
The Mid-Region Council of Governments (MRCOG) invites qualified professionals to submit proposals related to the New Mexico Rail Runner Express (NMRX), a commuter rail service operating between Belen and Santa Fe New Mexico. The Scope of Work includes a review of the operations, maintenance, capital needs, required improvements and all agreements related to the New Mexico Rail Runner Express.

UNM/CNM/Sunport Area Transit Study

Proposals from TRANSIT PLANNING, ENGINEERING and related professionals to provide technical services for a University of New Mexico, Central New Mexico Community College and the Albuquerque International Sunport Area Transit Study will be accepted until the date and time shown above at:

Project Description
The Rio Metro Regional Transit District invites qualified professionals to submit proposals for a transit study of the University of New Mexico, Central New Mexico Community College and the Albuquerque International Sunport area of Albuquerque, New Mexico.  The Scope of Work includes all activities required to complete an Alternative Analysis and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documents in compliance with Federal Transit Administration guidelines.

There will not be a pre-proposal meeting for this procurement. Supported in part with Federal Transit Administration funds, this solicitation and resulting contracts will be subject to any related federal laws, regulations and guidelines.
